Kris Ellestad will be presenting the following paper recently published in Nature, describing a slick shRNA-based approach for identifying negative regulatory molecules in T cells that represent potential therapeutic targets for the promotion of anti-tumour immunity! The prospect of expanding the range of these targets is especially exciting given the recent success of therapies targeting the co-inhibitory molecule PD-1 in cancer.
